The President's  Volunteer service award

Leadership is not about titles. It is about service.

Manish received the President’s Volunteer Service Award, a national honor recognizing Americans who strengthen communities through dedicated service.

His volunteer work has included serving as a volunteer chef with The Aliveness Project, supporting people living with HIV/AIDS; volunteering with PMI Minnesota, where he served in leadership roles including Finance Director and Past President; supporting One Heartland, an organization that served young people impacted by HIV/AIDS and other life challenges; and contributing to QUORUM Minnesota’s work supporting LGBTQ+ business and community leadership.

For Manish, service has always meant showing up, doing the work, and leaving every community stronger than you found it.

Business of Pride award

Manish doesn’t just talk about inclusion — he builds it.

At HealthPartners, a health care organization with 28,000 employees, Manish founded its first LGBTQ Business Engagement Network. The network partnered with Diversity & Inclusion leaders to expand training, identify challenges facing LGBTQ employees, and create real solutions. That’s the kind of leadership Wilton Manors deserves: inclusive, practical, and focused on results.
